Muffins with apple and cinnamon

Components:

125g butter with salt

1 decile milk

2 eggs

1.5 decile sugar

1 small spoon sugar with vanilla

4 decile flour

2 small spoons baking soda

Salt

1 peeled and minced apple

Filling:

3-4 red apples

2 spoons sugar

2 spoons butter

2 spoons cinnamon

Hoe to prepare it:

We warm the oven on 175, we peel and cut the apples in thin pieces, we prepare the filling by frying the apples for 3-4 minutes with sugar, butter and cinnamon, and then we leave it to cool. We melt the butter and we add milk.

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until you thing it is enough, then we add warm milk (not so warm) and butter and at last we add the minced apple. On the other side we mix the flour with salt and baking soda and we throw it to the component we did before, and we mix them together. With 1 spoon we fill all the paper forms of muffins, we fill them until the half of the forms, and in every muffin we put 1-2 pieces of apple and we bake them for 12-15 minutes.
