Finnish biscuits




5 decile flour

225g cold butter with salt

1 decile sugar

3 drops bitter almond essence

50g minced ground almonds


1 egg yolk

1 decile crushed almonds

How to prepare it:

In a cup we mix all the components and we cover it and leave it for 1 hour, we warm the oven on 175and we collect the dough in the shape of a cylinder in the thickness of our thumb and we divided into segments of 4cm long. We varnish them with beaten egg yolks and we sprinkle them with crushed almonds, put them in a casserole and bake them for 12-15 minutes.
