Dowry with blackberries




1 lower crust

1 minced crust

250g fresh blackberries

2 decile blackberry jam

2 spoons balsamic vinegar

2.5 spoons starch

How to prepare it:

First we warm the oven on 175, we take the lower crust and we put it in a casserole and we open some holes with a fork and we leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Mix the blackberry jam with blackberries and balsamic vinegar and throw the starch, now we take the lower crust from the fridge and we bake it for 10 minutes and then we fill it with the component we made from berries, then we take the minced crust and we spread it over the filling and then we bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it get the brown color. You can serve it with panna cream or vanilla.
