Components:

1kg FTONE

200g sugar

10ml cognac

Cinnamon

100g nuts

How to prepare it:

We clean the FTONE and we cut them in the middle and we throw the crop that is inside, we put them in a casserole, in every half of the FTONE we throw 1 spoon sugar, cinnamon and cognac , we bake them in the oven for 1 hour on 180. After we take them out of the oven we throw over them minced nuts, and when we serve them we can throw some cinnamon.
